Potential buyers may request an 'Electrical Safety Test' or 'EICR' when considering to buy a property. We often work with buyers/sellers to help aid their property pursuits. We can provide services outside general office hours to accommodate around tight schedules to help further assist a swift property sale.

Making Things Easy

Once services are scheduled, we can liaise with your tenant or agent direct to gain access. If you don't live locally to your rental property, we can send photos of completed works along with any relevant Electrical Installation Works Certificates.

Need a Landlords Safety Certificate/Check?

It's advised that landlords conduct a full electrical safety test, otherwise known as EICR, every 5 years. This will soon be compulsory and landlords found not in compliance, may face penalties. HMO landlords (House in Multiple Occupation) are legally required to conduct EICR's every 5 years.
