Once services are scheduled, we can liaise with your tenant or agent direct to gain access. If you don't live locally to your rental property, we can send photos of completed works along with any relevant Electrical Installation Works Certificates.

Your safety and meeting current regulations is our number 1. All of our electricians work to the latest 18th Edition requirements and are Part P compliant.

Need a Landlords Safety Certificate/Check?

It's advised that landlords conduct a full electrical safety test, otherwise known as EICR, every 5 years. This is now compulsory with landlords found not in compliance facing a penalty of up to £30,000. HMO landlords (House in Multiple Occupation) are legally required to conduct EICR's every 5 years.
